Welcome to the ITS: Ticketing System

Please use this interface to open a new ticket with us and track its status using the buttons to the right. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your tickets. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Note that if you sign in with your CC network account you'll also see a knowledge base button on the top menu that you can check for solutions to common issues.

The Solutions Center is located in Tutt Library on the first floor.
